Ingredients

    2 large eggs
    2 tbsp nonfat milk
    2 1/2 slices thin-sliced deli ham, shredded
    1 slice Kraft Fat Free Sharp Cheddar Cheese, ripped into pieces
    1 tsp ground mustard
    Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste
    Fresh Ground Sea Salt, to taste

Directions

1. Tear the ham slices and cheddar cheese slice into pieces, set aside seperately.

2. In a bowl, whisk together egg, milk, ground mustard, salt, and pepper until well-mixed. Add ham and mix.

3. Spray small frying pan with 1-2 quick sprays of cooking spray and heat over low-medium to medium heat.

4. Add egg mixture to pan and fry, mixing well as the mixture solidifies (break up as many large chunks and continuously stir to get the eggs as scrambled as possible).

5. Once the egg mixture has solidified into scrambled eggs, layer the top of the eggs with cheddar cheese. Mix well into eggs until cheese is melted and mixed into eggs. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
