Ingredients

    1lb of Ground Turkey
    1 med onion
    1-2 cloves of minced garlic
    1 can Diced tomatoes-no salt added
    2 can Stewed tomatoes, pureed
    1 packet taco seasoning mix
    1 can no salt canned corn,
    1.5 can Black Beans
    8 oz can tomato sauce

Directions

Cook ground turkey, onions, and garlic over med heat until cooked and then add to crock-pot.

Puree Stewed tomatoes in blender; add to crock-pot. Next, add corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, black beans, and tomato sauce. Add 1-2 cups of water depending on how thick you like your chili.

Cook on High for 4-6 hours or on low for 6-8. The longer is cooks the better it is!! Enjoy!
