    1-2 lbs turkey breast cutlets
    3 tbs water
    2 tbs lemon juice
    3/4 cup bread crumbs
    2 tbs grated parmesan cheese
    2 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp garlic powder


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray shallow baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place cutlets in medium bowl and cover with water and lemon juice.
Meanwhile, in shallow bowl combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, oregano, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well. One at a time, dip cutlets into bread crumb mixture, turning to coat both sides.
Place cutlets in prepared dish. Spray each cutlet lightly and evenly with cooking spray. Bake uncovered 20 - 30 minutes or until lightly browned and cooked through.

    I used panko crumbs, cooked 30 minutes and broiled it at the end of the cooking time to make it golden. - 7/28/12
