    2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
    1 cup chopped red onion
    1/2 cup canned corn
    1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    juice of 1 small lime
    2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
    salt and pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients and mix well. Flavor will improve as it sits.
