    Chicken Breast
    olive oil
    balsamic vinegar
    fresh moz cheese


in a large bowl mix oil, vinegar, tomato (sliced or chopped), cheese (chopped or sliced) and basil. Cover and refrigerate.

In a non stick skillet cook chicken(salt and peppered to taste) until internal temp is 160 degrees.

Cook Whole Wheat linguine according to package directions.

Seperate pasta in to four portions, top with sliced chicken breast and caprese salad.
