    1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
    3 10.75 oz cans 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken (Campbell's)
    1 10.75 oz can 98% Fat Free Broccoli Cheese (Campbell's)
    2 Cups mixed veggies (I used Broccoli, Cauliflower, Baby Carrot, Yellow Carrot blend from Costco, Kirkland Brand)


Cube chicken to "bite size". Add all ingredients to crock pot or slow cooker. Cook for 4 hours on high. Makes 8 - 1 cup servings.

I usually sprinkle some fat free cheese on top, not included on the calorie count.
