This is a simple and quick dessert. This is a simple and quick dessert.
Number of Servings: 6


    1 large can of sliced peaches
    1/2 c sugar
    2 T cornstarch
    1 stick butter
    1 c flour
    1 c sugar
    1 c milk
    2 t baking powder


Melt the butter in a 13x 9 dish in 350 degree oven until melted. Mix peaches corn starch and 1/2 cup sugar in sauce pan and heat until thickened. In separate bowl mix flour, sugar, milk and baking powder until smooth.
Pour flour mixture in dish on top of butter and blend butter and flour mixture together as best you can, then top with peaches and juice and bake for 35- 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
