Number of Servings: 6


    3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips
    1 tsp salt
    .25 tsp black pepper
    .25 tsp red cyanne pepper
    .25 tsp white pepper
    .5 tsp garlic powder
    2 cups crispy rice cereal, crushed finely
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1 egg (beaten)
    2 tablespoons light butter (optional)


Preheat oven to 375.
Cut chicken breasts into strips.
Mix rice cereal, salt, peppers, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese together in bowl.
Dip chicken in beaten egg, then in the cereal mixture to coat evenly.
Arrange chicken on greased baking sheet.
Bake until golden. 30 to 35 minutes.
