Introduction

Low sodium and easy to make. It is your protein and starch in one easy patty. Low sodium and easy to make. It is your protein and starch in one easy patty.

Ingredients

    1 box Stove Top Lower Sodim Chicken Stuffing
    1 can (5oz) Bumble Bee Very Low Sodium Tuna in water, drained
    1/4 Miracle Whip light
    1 tbsp Lemon juice
    1/4 shredded carrot
    1/4 shredded cheddar cheese
    3/4 C water

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. (Just dump the stuffing mix in the bowl, as is, from the box).
Cover and refrigerate about 10 minutes.
Spray a non-stick pan with PAM over medium heat. Take the mixture from the fridge and form 8 patties. Fry about 3-5 minutes per side, turning them gently once. Makes 8 3-inch patties.
