    1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    3/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    2 small bananas
    2 large eggs
    1/2 cups margarine softened
    3/4 cups sugar


1) In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, cream of tartar and wanuts.

2) In a blender, combine bananas, eggs, margarine and eggs.

3) Add blended ingredients to mixing bowl ingredients and stir together well.

4) Scoop into muffin tins and bake at 350 for 16-20 minutes.
