    1 t-bone, cut off bone 260 grams
    1Tbsp olive oil
    100 grams celery
    168 grams onions
    300 grams carrots
    28 grams garlic
    8 cups water
    1 cup beef broth-low sodium
    1 can chick peas, drained
    260 gram cooked white long grain rice
    400 grams fressh snap green beans
    1 can petite dice tomatoes


brown t-bone meat with oil, celery carrots, onion and garlic. Once browned all other ingredients except for rice, cook until done. Cook rice according to the direction on package. Once soup is done and rice, add rice to soup. Enjoy
makes 11 serving, 1 cup each.
