    3 tbsp reduced fat mayonnaise
    2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    2 tsp dijon mustard
    1 tsp horseradish
    4 tilapia fillets (4-5 ounces each)
    1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
    1 tbsp garlic or to taste
    1 tbsp dried parsley


In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, 1 tbsp parmesan chees, lemon juice, mustard, and horseradish. Place tilapia on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly on the fillets.
Mix the garlic, parmesan cheese, and parsley together. Sprinkle on top of the fillets.
Bake at 425 degrees for 13-18 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Enjoy!
This can either be two to four portions depending on how much you like the fish!
