    1 lb. ground venison
    salt and pepper
    4 cups of jiffy baking mix
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c spinach
    1/2 medium onion, diced
    1 c. broccoli, diced


Season venison with salt & pepper. Lightly fry venison and set aside. Make dough from baking mix and milk. Spread half of dough in greased pie plate. Sprinkle with spinach, diced onion and broccoli. Topwith the remaining dough. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for approx. 25-30 min. Serve warm with green salad.
