    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 medium onion
    1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
    1 bag frozen okra( or any vegetables you like)
    2 cans rotelle tomatos, smashed
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper to taste


brown turkey and onion, till done...In pot, smash tomatos, add vegetables, beef bouillon and I used to tomato cans of water...when turkey is done, add that and let simmer...The longer you cook it the better flavor it has, It is even better the next day...

Add a salad, and you have a complete meal..
