    4 Tablespoons light stick margarine
    1 cup heart healthy Bisquick
    1 cup soy milk
    2 Tablespoons Splenda
    1 can low sugar peaches


Melt margarine in an 9x9 baking dish. Mix Bisquick, soy milk and Splenda. Drop on the melted margarine. Pour one can of fruit evenly over entire mixture. Do not stir.
Bake 350 degrees 30-40 minutes. Serve with light ice cream or whipped topping if desired.
