    1/2 tsp dill weed
    3 Tbsp lemon juice
    1 Tbsp margarine, melted
    4 medium potatoes, unpeeled


1. Combine the dill weed, lemon juice, and melted margarine in a small bowl.
2. Scrub potatoes and cut lenghtwise into 8 wedges.
3. Mix dill mixture with potatoes in a bowl.
4. Place potato wedges on a baking sheet.
5. Bake at 425 F for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
