    1 pkg. Fat-Free Pita bread, pre-sliced
    2 pkgs. 7 oz. deli shaved roast beef, fat-free
    2 tomatoes, sliced
    Sauce: 8 oz. Fat-free cream cheese, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 1 Tbsp butter, 1/2 cup Fat-free milk, 1 Tbsp horseradish sauce, 1/4 tsp salt


For sauce: combine cream cheese, onions, milk, horseradish sauce and salt in a small saucepan. Stir and heat on low until melted. Then, fill each pita half with warm meat and tomatoes. Drizzle with warm sauce. Serve with 3 large apples, sliced. Makes 6 servings.
