Ingredients

    6 oz crab
    1/2c shimp, cooked with KC Masterpiece Chipotle Lim Marinade
    1/3 c green onion
    1/2 c part skim mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c cheddar cheese
    1/4t chili powder
    1 c 2% milk
    2 T flour
    4 eggs

Directions

Mix eggs & milk, beat until blended. Set Aside.

Mix all other ingredients. Put this mixture in 12 muffin tins. Pour egg/milk mixture over each.

Cook at 375 for 50 minutes.
