Ingredients

    1 C Progresso Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
    1/4 C Grated Parmesan Cheese
    1/4 C Corn Starch
    1 Large egg, beaten
    3 T Lemon Juice
    2 lb Boneless Chicken Breasts
    2 T Olive oil

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees
Mix lemon juice and egg
Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese

Dip chicken breast into cornstarch, then egg mix, then coat with bread crumb mix.

Brown each chicken breast in hot oil, then put into oven and cook for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
