Ingredients

    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 C Mayo
    1 16 oz jar sauerkraut rinsed and drained
    1 pkg hot dogs halved and cut
    1 tsp caraway seeds
    4 C cubed cooked potatoes
    1/4 C bread crumbs
    1 T melted butter
    1/4 tsp paprika

Directions

Combine soup & mayo. In another bowl combine sauerkraut, hotdogs, caraway seeds & half of soup mixture. Spread into greased shallow 2 quart dish. In large bowl combine potatioes and remaining soup. Spoon over sauerkraut. Combine bread crumbs butter and paprika, sprinkle over potatoes. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes
