Ingredients

    3/4 Cup Flour
    1/8 tsp Salt
    1/4 Cup Shortening
    2 Tblsp Water
    6 Eggs
    1/2 Cup Milk (1%)
    1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
    10 Medium slices Bacon, chopped

Directions

Cut Shortening into Salt and Flour. Add Water to make dough. Place into a 9 in pie plate, poke holes in bottom and sides so it wont bubble. Mix Eggs, Milk, Cheese, and cooked bacon. Pour into pie plate and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
