This is what I drink every morning to get to sleep. This is what I drink every morning to get to sleep.
Number of Servings: 1


    4 oz 2% Milk
    2 packets or 1 tablespoon honey
    A dash of table salt.


Warm milk in a microwave safe cup for 1 minute or until warm. Stir in honey and a dash of salt. Let cool until you can drink without burning yourself. Slowly drink it down.

Mmm. You get used to it!
