    14 oz can low sodium chicken broth
    3 chicken breasts
    1/2 cup of water
    2 cups chopped celery
    2 cups chopped carrots
    2 cups frozen peas
    1/2 cup onion and chive cream cheese


COMBINE chicken, broth, celery, carrots and water in slow cooker; cover with lid.
COOK on LOW for 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH for 3-1/2 hours).
ADD peas and cream cheese spread; stir until well blended. Pull chicken apart with fork. Cook, covered, on HIGH 30 min. Make biscuits from Bisquick and water. Bake in toaster over. Place on plate and spoon chicken mixture over biscuit.
