    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Onions, raw, 1/4 cup, chopped
    *Refried Beans, 1 cup
    *Sauce, Pace Picante Sauce, 3 TBLS
    Mama Lupe's Three Net Carb Wole Grain Tortilla,8 serving
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat or Fat Free,1/4 cup, shredded


Brown ground beef with the onion.
Stir in the refried beans and picanti sauce.
Heat through.
Warm the tortilla and stuff with meat and bean combo.
Top with cheese and enjoy a hearty quick meal.
