    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 6 cloves
    3 tbsp Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium,
    3 tbsp Ginger Root, 3 tsp
    Oyster Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Basil, 6 tbsp
    Ground Turkey, 1 unit, yield from 1 lb raw
    Okra, frozen, cooked, .5 lbs.
    Broccoli, fresh, .5 lbs
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz)
    Bok Choy, raw-shredded, 1 cup
    Corn Starch, .125 cup
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)


Complete all prep work before you start cooking as you will need to keep the stir fry moving after you add the turkey
Heat Oil, Garlic and Ginger in a large wok until garlic begins to brown
add ground turkey and fry until brown
add soy sauce and oyster sauce
add broccoli and stir for 2 minutes
add bok choy and stir for 2 minutes
add okra and stir for 2 min
add corn and stir for 2 min
mix 2 tbsp corn starch with .5 cups of water
stir in corn starch mixture, then add more water until you achieve a smooth texture.
Serve over rice or rice noodles
yields 8 servings
