I couldn't live without cheesecake so I found a way to make it work with me... I couldn't live without cheesecake so I found a way to make it work with me...

    1 8oz pkg of Light 1/3 calories Philadelphia Cream Cheese (Softened)
    1 8oz pkg Fat Free Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
    3 Egg Whites
    3/4 cup Splenda (Granulated)
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare 1 loaf pan by lining with wax paper (for easier removal) and spraying with Pam.
Whisk both packages of cream cheese until smooth. Thoroughly whisk egg whites, splenda, and vanilla extract into cream cheese. Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 30 - 40 minutes (until the center is set). Remove from the oven and cool completely in pan (you can set the pan in the fridge for about 1/2 - 1 hour to speed cooling). Lift wax paper out of pan and cut cheese cake into 8 squares. Serve plain or top with fruits, sugar free syrups, nuts, etc.
