    19 Mission 96% Fat Free Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas
    3 cups Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican
    29.2 oz can Rosarita Mild Enchilada Sauce
    14.5 oz can S&W Tomatoes Diced with Green chilies & Spices
    16 oz can Albertson's Fat Free Refried Beans
    2 Village Market Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts with Rib Meat
    2.25 oz can Albertson's Sliced Black Olives


Preheat oven to 375 F
Spray 2 13x9 inch baking dishes with cooking spray
Spray large skillet with cooking spray and fry chicken over medium heat until no longer pink
Add Tomatoes, one cup of enchilada sauce, and refried beans
Portion about 1/3 cup chicken mixture evenly on each tortilla
Top each with about 1 tablespoon cheese
Roll up and place seam side down in baking dish
Top with remaining sauce, cheese and olives
Bake in oven for about 20 minutes
