Introduction

Easy & delicious peanut butter and cream cheese pie. Easy & delicious peanut butter and cream cheese pie.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
    1/3 Cup Sugar
    1 Package (8oz) Fat Free Cream Cheese
    1 Tub (8oz) Cool Whip Lite
    1 Cup Hot Fudge Topping (I use Smuckers)
    9 Inch Graham Cracker Pie Crust


Directions

1) In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese & sugar for about 2-3 minutes.
2) Fold in about half of the Cool Whip gently.
3) Spread the mixture evenly over the pie crust and spread fudge topping over the mixture.
4) Top the fudge with the rest of the Cool Whip.
5) Refrigerate for 3+ hours, or until set.

Top with additional peanut butter, peanuts, chocolate, etc!

Enjoy! Makes 8 servings.
