My variation on plain old scrambled eggs. Yummy! My variation on plain old scrambled eggs. Yummy!
Number of Servings: 4


    6 Large Eggs
    1/4 cup 1% Milk
    1/4 cup Swiss Cheese
    1/4 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    1 tsp Onion Powder
    Salt and Pepper to taste


Beat the eggs with a fork or whisk. Add the milk and whisk some until frothy. Stir in the cheese and seasonings.

Cook in a skillet over Medium-Low heat until cooked through, being careful not to overcook. If done correctly the eggs will be fluffy and delicious.
