    pizza dough
    2 Cups shredded mozzerella cheese
    2 cups part-skim ricotta cheese
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 cup chopped tomatoes
    2 garlic cloves


Makes 10 servings. Combine mozzerella, ricotta, and parmesan. Roll and form 10 circles with pizza dough. Brush dough with olive oil and cover half of circle with cheese mixture. Sprinkle with tomatoes, garlic, salt, and pepper. Close and seal edges of calzone. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
