Ingredients

    1 1/4 cups apple cider, divided
    2 tsp lemon juice
    1 tbs onion (finely chopped)
    3 cups cheddar cheese
    1 tbs. cornstarch
    2/3 tsp. mustard powder
    white pepper (to taste)

    Stuff to dip (not included in calorie count): broccoli, cauliflower, green apples, carrots, bell peppers, bread

Directions

Heat 1 cup of cider, lemon juice and onions on medium heat. Slowly add cheese while stirring. In separate bowl, mix cornstarch mustard and remaining 1/4 cup of cider. Add this mixture to cheese. Add white pepper to taste. If too sweet, add more lemon juice. Enjoy with your choice of veggies, fruit and bread.
