    1 head of romaine lettuce
    1/2 red bellpepper
    1/2 yellow bellpepper
    1 small red chilli pepper
    200g feta cheese
    1tsp chervil
    1tsp coriander
    1tsp ground oregano
    1/2 cup olive oil
    2 tbsp white wine vinegar
    salt, pepper


Clean and dry the head of lettuce.

Open the red chilli pepper, remove the seeds, and cut into small pieces. Place in bowl with olive oil, vinegar, herbs, salt and pepper to make your dressing.

Clean bell peppers, remove seeds, and cut into small cubes. Cube feta. Put lettuce in large mixing bowl; add bell peppers and feta. Pour dressing over lettuce. Mix just before serving.
(Keep lettuce and dressing seperate until immediately prior to serving).
