Ingredients

    1 #4 can (tall) vegetarian baked beans
    1.25 lbs ground turkey
    1 medium red onion, chopped
    1/2 pkg frozen corn
    1/2 cup BBQ sauce
    1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp brown mustard
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    Brown rice (for serving)

Directions

Brown the ground turkey. Chop the onion as the turkey browns. Place all ingredients in a 4-quart casserole, cover, and cook at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Turn off the oven but do not remove the casserole until you have cooked some brown rice. Serve over the rice. Makes six, one-cup servings.
