Ingredients

    170g Jumbo Oats
    1tbsp sunflower seeds
    1tbsp flaked almonds
    25g dried apricots
    3tbsp honey
    5tbsp corn oil

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together.


Add the honey and oil and mix well.


Press into a lightly greased tin.


Bake for 30 minutes


Leave to cool slightly then cut into about 12 fingers.
