1tbsp sunflower seeds
1tbsp flaked almonds
25g dried apricots
3tbsp honey
5tbsp corn oil
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add the honey and oil and mix well.
Press into a lightly greased tin.
Bake for 30 minutes
Leave to cool slightly then cut into about 12 fingers.
