Ingredients

    1 cup + 2 TBSP flour
    1 cup dry instant oatmeal
    1 TBSP baking powder
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup skim milk
    1 egg
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 cup blueberries

Directions

Mix dry ingredients, add egg, milk and applesauce. Blend in blueberries. Line muffin tins with paper cups or spray with cooking spray. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes. Makes 10-12. Nutritional facts based on 12 yeld.
