    * Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 Italian tomato (remove)
    * Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
    * jasmine rice, 3 cup (remove)
    * Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)


saute onion and rice in pan until brown and golden. meanwhile, place tomatoes and garlic+splash of water into blender and blend until smooth. When the rice is browned, add the blended tomato, and bring to a boil. When the tomato and rice comes to a boil, add the 1.5c water and when that boils, cover and put on lowest heat setting possible and let simmer for about 20 minutes until all water is absorbed nad rice is cooked through. Caution!!! Do not take lid off during this time period or rice will not cook correctly. makes 4 servings 1c
