Great for a quick refreshing lunch with some crunch. Great for a quick refreshing lunch with some crunch.
Number of Servings: 6


    2 large chicken breasts (may need up to 8 if using small frozen breasts)
    2 stalks celery diced
    2 bunches green onion diced (just the white part)
    slivered almonds

    1 cup Hellman's Light Mayonnaise
    Lemon juice (from 1 fresh lemon - not concentrate)
    Fresh ground pepper


Boil chicken breasts then cut into cubes.
Dice celery and green onions
Add in slivered almonds
Pour on dressing and mix well. Refrigerate and serve on buns or croissants.
