Number of Servings: 6


    6/8 a box of Hodgson Mills Whole Wheat Angel Hair Pasta
    2 cups chopped Fresh Asparagus
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 cup sliced carrots
    1 pound of chicken breast fillets browned
    ** Sauce
    1 can 99% fat free chicken broth
    5 wedges laughing cow light cheese (original or garlic and herb)
    1 cup reduced fat sour cream


Brown the chicken in a skillet and then set aside.
Boil the pasta according to package directions.
In a sauce pan combine the ingrediants for the sauce and heat on med low heat until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
When the pasta is just about done add the vegetables and cook until slightly tender. Drain the pasta and vegetables and then add the chicken (either whole fillets or diced) then pour the sauce over the the pasta. Stir and serve!
