Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean ground turkey
    2 cans creamed corn
    4 cans fat free chicken broth
    1 Tbsp Premium Fish Sauce (can substitute soy sauce)
    1/2 cup corn starch
    3 Tbsp finely minced cilantro
    1/2 cup finely chopped green onions

Directions

Brown the turkey. Mix the drained rinsed ground turkey, creamed corn, broth, and a dash of fish sauce, bring to a boil. Mix the corn starch with a little bit of cold water, whisk into the soup. Cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring often. Just before serving stir in the finely chopped cilantro and green onions

    We all liked this- the kids don't like cilantro so I squirted some spicy mustard into the soup instead- it was good! - 2/25/09

    O.K.
    This is not my favorite dish so far. Although it tastes good, the texture was like gel. I woudn't make this one again. - 3/27/09
