Ingredients

    1 head ice berg lettuce
    1/2 cup chopped/diced celery
    1/2 cup chopped/diced green bell pepper
    1/2 cup chopped/diced purple onion
    1 1/2 cup miracle whip
    2 tablespoons granulated sugar
    1 can LeSaure young tender sweet peas, drained
    8 oz. cheddar cheese
    8 slices Hormel Black Label bacon, fried and crumbled up.

Directions

Add first 4 ingredients as listed into large glass salad bowl or deep dish aluminum foil baking pan.
Spread miracle whip on top of onion.
Sprinkle with granulated sugar.
add drained peas to next layer
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese
then top with crumbled bacon.
cover with saran wrap, and refrigerate over night or 24 hours.
makes 10 servings.
