    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 lb tilapia, cut into pieces
    1/4 yelow onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 green bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 cup chopped, stewed tomatoes
    1 tbsp tamari
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 cup sliced black olives
    3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
    1 tsp chile pepper
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp cumin
    2 tsp lemon juice
    1/4 tbsp paprika
    2 cups dry white wine
    1/2 cup uncooked Jasmine basmati white rice
    3 tbsp green peas
    1/2 onion, chopped, for garnish
    Orange slices, for garnish
    Pepper slices, for garnish
    Carrot shavings, for garnish


Heat oil in skillet. Brown fish pieces and remove.

In the same oil, saute the onion, garlic, and green pepper until onion is golden.

Add the tomatoes, tamari, pepper, bay leaf, olives, dill, chile pepper, salt, cumin, lemon, and paprika. Simmer for 30 minutes. Sprinkle peas and fish on top and cook 5 minutes more. Serve hot with onion sprinkled on top. Garnish with orange, pepper, and carrot.
