    1 slice Kraft free single cheese
    1 chicken breast (boneless skinless)
    3 cups chopped Romain Lettuce
    1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
    1/2 cup chopped yellow bell peppers
    1/2 cup chopped red peppers
    1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 clove garlic minced
    1/4 cup onion chopped


Slice your chicken breast and bake, grill or pan cook it until done, before removing from heat group chicken into one pile and place cheese on top. Saute all your peppers onions mushrooms and garlic. When veggies are done place on top of Romain lettuce. When cheese is melted on chicken place on top of peppers.. enjoy!!

Makes 1 serving or it can be split. It makes a HUGE salad, but it stays with you a LONG time! Low fat and high in fiber!
