    White Rice, long grain, 3 cup
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 12 fl oz can
    Condensed milk, canned, 1 can
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp


Put rice in a big pot with three cups of water and the sugar. Bring to a boil, add cinammon and vainilla.
Let simmer a couple of minutes and add milks.
Let cooked on low heat until the rice is done, liquid is mostly absorbed about 20 minutes. Do not let the liquid be completely absorbed the idea is creamy, not dry.
Gives about 20 (1/2 cup) servings.
