    4 cups of wild rice
    3 cans of mushroom or 10 fresh mushrooms
    salk of celery
    cajan season mix when you add the wild rice to the mushroom, sausage mixture.


Cook the wild rice as usual. Brown the sauage, add mushrooms and celery. Add cajun spices while you add the wild rice.

Makes 12 servings of 1 cup each.
