    1 cup all-purpose flour
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    2/3 cup splenda sugar substitute
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1.5 cup mashed ripe banana (2 to 3 Medium Bananas)
    1/3 cup smart balance (melted to liquid form) or oil
    2 tablespoons nonfat milk
    1 egg


preheat oven. mix dry ingredients. mix wet ingredients. combine. spray loaf pan. pour mixture in and bake 45-50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
