    Chicken Breast, no skin, 24 ounces
    Beans, black, 1.78 cup
    *Bush's Chili Beans, 1.78 cup
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.5 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    Salsa, .5 cup
    Lime Juice, 1 fl oz


Put chicken breasts into bottom of crockpot, add rest of ingredients (can of each bean & tomatoes, 1/2 bag frozen corn) & cook 5-7 hours. Tomatoes I use are actually Rotel diced tomatoes with cilantro & lime. Remove chicken & shred with forks. Return to crockpot & stir & serve. Can serve with rice, with tortilla chips, or even in tortillas. Can garnish with lettuce, cheese, sour cream, if desired - calorie counts don't include any sides or add-ons.
