    4 cups shredded cabbage or 1 bag of angel hair cole slaw mix.
    1 tsp. table salt
    2 tsp. black pepper (more if desired)
    1/2 cup regular mayonnaise
    1/4 cup granulated sugar (less if desired)
    4 Tbsp. Nakano Rice Vinegar (more if desired)


Shred cabbage or use angel hair cole slaw mix in a bag. In a coffee cup, mix sugar and mayonnaise together. Add vinegar one tablespoon at a time until dressing is rather thin. Add the salt and pepper to the cabbage. Pour dressing over cabbage and stir thoroughly to coat all cabbage with dressing and pepper. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Stir at least twice before serving. You may drain the dressing off to save calories and fat. Enough will remain on the cabbage to be delicious.
