Introduction

Good way to get in lots of protein and veggies, and it makes a quick lunch/dinner/breakfast! Good way to get in lots of protein and veggies, and it makes a quick lunch/dinner/breakfast!

Ingredients

    * egg white, fresh, 3 large
    * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 6 small
    * Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
    * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    * Broccoli, cooked, 0.5 cup, chopped

Directions

Sautee all the veggies in the oil, and add the eggwhites. Salt and pepper to taste, maybe a bit hotsauce. Can substitute any other veggies you like!
