    1 lb lean ground beef
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 (14oz) can beef broth
    1 med. onion, thinly sliced
    1 cup uncooked rotini pasta
    1/2 tsp dried basil
    1/2 tsp dried oregano
    1/2 tsp dried thyme
    1 (15oz) can Italian-style tomatoes, undrained
    2 cups broccoli florets or 1 pkg (10oz) frozen broccoli, thawed
    3 oz shredded Cheddar cheese


Combine meat and garlic in large skillet; cook over high heat until meat is longer pink, breaking meat apart with wooden spoon. Pour off drippings. Place meat in large bowl; set aside.
Add broth, onion, pasta, basil, oregano and thyme to skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to med-high and boil 10 minutes. Add tomatoes with juice. Increase heat to high and bring to a boil; stir in broccoli. Cook, uncovered, 6-8 min., stirring occasionally, until broccoli is crisp-tender and pasta is tender. Return meat to skillt and stir 3-4 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle cheese on top before serving. 4 servings
