    *Perdue, Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz (remove)
    Canned Tomatoes, 4 cup (remove)
    Beans, black, 3 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 3 cup (remove)
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)
    Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) (remove)


Saute onions, garlic and peppers in olive oil, add mushrooms. Brown all, add turkey , cook through, add spices, beans, tomatoes products and carrots. Simmer 1-2 hours serve over 1/2 c brown rice
